Game Flow

Sapphire Roulette is very easy to play. All you have to do is place your bets on the relevant parts of the betting area and then click on the spin button to set the ball loose within the wheel. You can watch as it spins to a rest before you are paid out for any winning bets and can then start betting on the next round.

Bets Explained

The roulette wheel and betting area have been designed to give players as much flexibility with betting as possible. Not only is it possible to bet on single numbers, but with just one chip it is also possible to bet on groups of numbers. These may be groups of numbers that share characteristics, such as all the black numbers, or they may be groups that are formed by the layout of the betting area or the wheel.

The single chip Roulette bets are split into inside and outside bets. The inside bets are:

  • Straight Up – A bet on an individual number
  • Street – A bet on a row of three numbers on the betting area
  • Split – A bet on two adjacent numbers on the betting area
  • Corner/Square – A bet on four numbers that form a square on the betting area
  • Line – A bet on two streets covering six numbers
  • Trio – A bet on three numbers including 0

The outside bets are:

  • Column Bet – A bet on a column of 12 numbers on the betting area
  • Dozen Bet – A bet on a set of 12 numbers, 1 – 12, 13 – 24 or 25 – 36
  • Red/Black – A bet on all the red or all the black numbers
  • Even/Odd – A bet on all the even or all the odd numbers
  • Low/High Bet: A bet on whether the ball will land on a low or high number (1 – 18 or 19 – 36).

The game also features a Racetrack betting area and it is used to quickly place Call Bets and Neighbour Bets. The Call Bets are as follows:

  • Tiers: A bet on one third of the numbers on the wheel (those opposite 0). The bet includes 12 numbers and uses 6 chips.
  • Zero: The numbers that are close to 0 on the wheel, including 0. The bet covers 7 numbers and uses 4 chips.
  • Orphans: The numbers that are not covered by the Thirds or the Zero bets. It covers 8 numbers on the wheel and uses 5 chips.

Neighbour bets are a bet on a single number and the numbers neighbouring it on the wheel. They are placed as five Straight Up bets, the chosen number and two numbers either side of it.

Special Features

Those who enjoy looking for patterns can do so with the aid of the Hot and Cold display, which essentially shows the results of the last few rounds. There are also auto play options, that allow you to set up to 100 spins in motion with stop controls such as if the wins or losses exceed certain amounts. There are also shortcuts to double bets and clear bets quickly as well as options to turn on auto re-bet and turbo mode.
