If you enjoy playing European Roulette but occasionally find yourself wishing that there were a way to make the game even more exciting, then you have come to the right place. In many ways, Lightning Roulette is a game of standard European Roulette. However, with each round, up to five numbers on the wheel are struck by lightning and become Lucky Numbers. These Lucky Numbers are then given multiplier values of between 50x and 500x. This means, that if you have placed a straight up bet on one of these lucky numbers, you could be in for a huge payout.
Lightning Roulette is played in exactly the same way as a standard game of European Roulette. You can see the spinning Roulette wheel, which is divided in to 37 numbered segments, and the croupier will release a ball into the wheel.
All you need to do is place your chips on the relevant segments of the betting area in the allocated betting time. The croupier then releases the ball into the wheel and pulls the handle to activate the lightning. The lucky numbers are then revealed and you can watch as the ball comes to a stop. As soon as the round is over, you can then place your bets for the next round.
There are a vast number of bets in Roulette. This is because the wheel and betting area have been designed for maximum flexibility, allowing you to bet on individual numbers and groups of numbers. Lightning Roulette is made truly exciting by the Lucky Numbers. Each round can produce up to five of them and they will be given a payout multiplier of 50x, 100x, 200x, 300x, 400x or 500x. If the ball then lands on a Lucky Number and you have place a Straight Up bet on it, then you will win your bet multiplied by the multiplier.
The game has many more special features to make your experience more enjoyable. There are details statistics available, such as hot and cold areas of the wheel, and you can see the results from the last 500 rounds. At the same time, you can chat with your favourite players, and you can also save your favourite bets to make placing them quick and easy. There is even auto play functionality, so you can place your bet, then sit back and watch a number of rounds.
Lightning Roulette offers the standard Roulette payouts with the exception of Straight Up bets that pay 30:1 without the multipliers. Betting on Reds, Blacks, Odds or Evens pays out 1:1. Column and Dozen bets payout 2:1, Double Street bets payout at 5:1, Corner bets payout at 8:1, Street bets payout at 11:1 and Split bets pay at 17:1.
